Lincoln Parish 4-H club is now beginning! And Ruston Elementary is offering a chance to join with us! 4-H is a community of young people across America who are learning leadership, citizenship and life skills. Membership dues are $7.00, and will be accepted as early registration until September 30th, to be involved in the 4-H pizza party contest.
