The primary goal of the Lincoln Parish technology plan is to provide technology-rich learning environments that enhance teacher effectiveness and student achievement.  Lincoln Parish has assisted its schools in providing the technical infrastructure, training and staffing required in the support of educational technology.  A second goal states that in order to assist in improving student performance, all educators will have access to curricular materials and resources that support the use of technology in teaching, learning and instructional management.
