If you believe that special education requirements have not been followed by Lincoln Parish Schools or you have a concern with the delivery of special education services, the following dispute resolution options are available to you:

  • First: Contact your child's special education teacher to discuss your concerns

  • Second: Contact the principal of your child's school

  • Third: Contact your school's SPED Lead Teacher

  • Fourth: Contact the Director of Special Education, Justin Barron, at 318-251-9082 or email at justin.barron@lincolnschools.org.

  • Fifth: Complete the Written Requests for Informal Resolution of Special Education Complaint (located in parent's Rights Booklet).
